By creating an account or using the services on Creative-Flyers.com, operated by Romecreation (a Creative company), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our License Terms.

1. Registration & Membership

You must be 18 years of age or older to become a member or purchase items. Membership is free. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. Accounts are non-transferable and cannot be sold.

2. Standard License & Usage

When you purchase an item on Creative-Flyers.com, you are granted a non-exclusive Standard License to use the item. You do not own the item itself.

• You may create a final product for personal or commercial use.
• All user licenses for leaflets are valid for 1 year. After this period, a new purchase is required for continued use.
• Download links are available for 30 days on your dashboard. Please save your files locally.
• You cannot redistribute the item as stock, in a template, or with source PSD files.

3. Refunds Policy

Creative-Flyers.com does not issue refunds except when a product is defective. Due to the digital nature of our products, refunds will not be granted for changes of mind, accidental purchases, or lack of software (Adobe Photoshop) or expertise.
